Refund Policy

ZAXMENT REFUND POLICY

By purchasing any product or service from Zaxment, you agree to the following refund policy.

REFUNDS

  • All purchases are considered final once payment has been completed.
  • Refunds are generally not provided for change of mind, accidental purchases, or failure to use the product.
  • If a product is proven to be faulty or significantly different from its description, contact Zaxment Support so the issue can be reviewed.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase.
  • Providing proof of purchase may be required when requesting a refund.

STRIPE PAYMENTS

Purchases made through Stripe are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of Stripe transactions and our payment processing system, Zaxment cannot issue refunds for purchases completed through Stripe.

ABUSE & CHARGEBACKS

Attempting to abuse the refund policy, falsely claim that a product was not received, or initiate an unauthorized chargeback may result in your purchase being revoked and/or being permanently banned from Zaxment services.
